When I speak in English with a Turkish person, my mind is not letting me. A thought pops up, saying "you can just speak Turkish, stop using English." Do you have an idea how to solve it?

Is this necessary? If you go to the outside, find foreign people and talk with them then improve both skills, social engineering and speaking?

i also speak english and i work on summer holidays. when tourists come i try to speak in their language like english o german. but sonetimes “almancı”s come and don’t let me speak german -or english. i speak them only to improve myself and be sociable. speaking more than a language really helps you to think out of the box especially if you also know the culture. i remember a time when a family came and they were speaking pure english (scottish i think). whatever they asked me a question in turkish and i answered in english. the guy (who only was turkish) thought that i spoke english only to sell the thing for more price and said “kardesim türkce soylesene ehüehuhu” and i was like “pardon bilmiyorsunuz sandım kusura bakma” and this is such a moment.

and btw i try to read english memes or whatever you say to it. any time you want to talk about something i would be waiting for your message. and if you don’t know the language even to understand this easily, then don’t message me.

how do you expect to learn english from here? here is the place where people only swear to each other... it s been 2 years when I passed successfully from prep school and you remind me to old days:) there is only one suggestion that I think I have to warn about that's you have to study speaking and listening don't mind the grammar just focus on these 2 things to improve yourself otherwise you 'll never get your achievement
