    5 kilo ne panpa bu adam gibi olmak için kollarına 15 er kiloluk dambıl alman lazım. 3*15 yerine 4*8 yada 4*12 falan yap ağırlığı artır. tekrarı azalt ağırlığı artır. 1 ayda hiçbişey olmaz en az 6 ay. bide bunun gibi olman için takviye falan alman lazım yoksa doğal beslencem dersem 1 yıl ak.
